Description: Penburg charges a Shadow Ball in his hand, launching it at the foe. Penburg has also developed a way to charge the move up with more Shadow Balls, draining PP to make it bigger but it also drains him, the bigger it is the more amount of time it takes to recover from it
History: Penburg was a regular Alakazam at first, exploring the regions to get more intelligence and knowledge about all the regions. One fatefull day he ran into some scientists, not knowing of their plans, and saw a couple Weavile, an Absol, and a Tyranitar. It didn't take too long before Penburg was on his knees, panting and then one of the scientists went over and drugged him, knocking him out for hours. He woke up a hours lateronly to see his arms and legs strapped to a science table, looking around and trying to figure out a way to get out. He soon has a scientist infront of him, having a grin "ahh... i see your awake Experiment #67... good" he goes off to grab a needle "we need you awake for this" The scientist stated.
The scientist grinned, going over to Penburg with the needle, putting it into his arm and injecting soemthing to him. Penburg watched in horror before his eyes went wide, screaming in agony as something inside seemed to start manipulating him from the inside. The scientist watches with a grin as Penburg soon lowers his head, panting and coughing "good~ now the transformation can commence" he said, drugging him again and knocking him out.
It was a few days after that fatefull day, Penburg in a capsule, now looking a lot differant then he previously did, slowly waking up. The scientists were chatting amungst eachother while he was waking up, talking about other experiments they needed to work on. Penburg looked at his new body, feeling that his power had increased... to a dangerous level... but he didn't care, getting out of this hell hole was his top priority now. He curled up a bit in the capsule, darkness now enshrouding his body and he releases it, launching out a Dark Pulse which inturn shattered his container completely.
Penburg was pissed, he used Psychic to rip the cords attached to him off, floating a bit in the air before raising his hands, having the scientists follow, choking "you won't do this to anyone else... fall..." he then closed his hands. An erie silence fell the area as Penburg was over the lab, looking down on the building and having teleported all the other pokemon out of it "this lab shall remain in ruin..." he said, holding his handsout above him, creating a Shadow Ball and enlarging it to a massive size, then started compressing it down to a normal size. He looks at it then at the lab "prepare for oblivion" he said tossing the ball at the lab and having it sink in, teleporting away as the building then detonated from the inside, a large skull erupting out of it then the building's debris got sucked back into the crater, remaining there for all to see.
Days afterwards he heard about the boat to the new land, open for all eperiments to go and live in peace, Penburg nodded and went to the boats, getting on and taking a seat, going to this new land to start a new life, a new home, and hopefully... a new family
